What we store

PulseProbe stores account information, workspace and probe configuration, heartbeat event timestamps, incident records, alert delivery records, and billing or subscription status as needed to operate the service.

Payment handling

Payment details are handled by Stripe. PulseProbe does not store full card numbers.

What you should avoid sending

Do not place secrets, passwords, API keys, private tokens, or other sensitive data in heartbeat URLs or metadata. Heartbeat URLs are bearer secrets and should be treated like credentials.

Responsibility and limits

You are responsible for the automations you connect to PulseProbe. PulseProbe is not a substitute for regulated safety, medical, emergency, aviation, life-support, financial trading, or other critical monitoring systems.
