What to include
Include a short description of what you were trying to do, the workspace name, and any non-sensitive error message you saw. Do not send heartbeat URLs, heartbeat tokens, API keys, or other secrets.
Common checks
If a probe looks stuck, confirm the automation is still sending heartbeats, check the probe's grace period, and make sure paused probes are resumed before expecting pulses again.
